Summer is the season of adventure and fun, and Iron Peak Sports & Events is bringing an unparalleled experience with its K-8th Multi-Sport & Adventure Day Camp. This camp is not just about playing sports; it's about fostering friendships, building character, and instilling valuable life skills.
The camp, running Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, promises an array of activities designed to engage and develop campers both athletically and socially. Experienced counselors lead full and half days of traditional court and field sports, as well as exciting activities like climbing walls, obstacle ninja courses, and aerial ropes courses. These adventurous elements not only provide endless entertainment but also nurture confidence and independence in the campers.
One distinguishing feature of Iron Peak's camp is the I.R.O.N. V.A.L.U.E. Initiative. Throughout the 9 weeks, campers will delve into character development through weekly focuses on Integrity, Respect, Observant, Neighborly, Valor, Attentive, Learning, Unity, and Exploration. This initiative is designed to guide campers on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
The camp also offers a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program for those aged appropriately. CITs gain hands-on experience in a camp setting, rotating weekly to work with different groups. At the end of the 9-week program, they receive a letter of recommendation and a conditional offer to become a Junior Counselor in the following year's camp series.
Campers not only enjoy their summer but also develop into well-rounded individuals. Sibling discounts, flexible hours, and additional services like pre- and post-camp options make it convenient for families.
Join Iron Peak Sports & Events for a summer filled with adventure, friendship, and character-building – an experience that goes beyond the ordinary day camp and creates lasting memories for campers of all ages.
