EmpowerU is a FREE program from Hackensack Meridian Children's Health, providing personalized health information and valuable resources via text message. It's such an easy process to enroll, and will continually help families through their journey with factual and supportive content.

Who is it for?

• Parents and caregivers
• givers of children (of all ages) with autism
• Children with autism between the ages of 12 and 17 years old (to be enrolled by parent/caregiver)
• Those interested in receiving autism information and guidance

Text Message Topics include:

• Autism education (including, but not limited to: sleep, toileting, social skills, behavioral challenges)
• Assistance for the newly diagnosed
• Emotional encouragement for parents/caregivers
• Resources specific to your location and needs
