All aboard!  Thomas the Tank Engine™ is chugging into a station near you for Day Out With Thomas™.  Thomas fans are invited to come spend the day with their favorite No. 1 engine.  For over 65 years, children have been captivated by the courageous adventures of Thomas and his engine friends.  Day Out With Thomas will make stops in more than 45 cities in the United States and Canada and is expected to welcome more than one million passengers this year.

Day Out With Thomas™ offers an opportunity for children and their families to take a 25 minute ride* with Thomas the Tank Engine™ and to meet Sir Topham Hatt™, the Controller of the Railway. Every event has a Thomas & Friends Imagination Station with Thomas-themed activities including stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts and crafts, and a Thomas storytelling and video viewing area. The activities on site at Day Out With Thomas™ are for you and your children to enjoy for several hours.

Add to your Day Out With Thomas by including a ride on Delaware River Railroad's famous River Train.

You can take any Mine Train (departure times: 10:45AM, 12:30PM and 1:45PM) or #142 Steam Train, River Train trip (departure times: 10:45AM, 12:30PM and 1:45PM) either before or after your Thomas trip.
Note that the #142 Steam Train, River Train Ride is one hour in duration and the Mine Train is a minimum of two hours in duration (1 hour train ride + one hour at the mine). Trains depart the mine 20 minutes after the hour, every hour until 5:20PM (last train of the day). Please plan your trips with this in mind.
