Did you know that the first hot air balloon was launched on September 19, 1783 by scientist, Pilatre De Rozier? The passengers? A sheep, a duck and a rooster! The balloon stayed in the air for 15 minutes before crashing back to the ground.
Hot air balloons have come a long way – and you can check them out at the Quick Chek NJ Ballooning Festival in Readington, July 27, 28 and 29th! 125 balloons, music, entertainment, and more!
