As we all know from a summer during a pandemic… it can be difficult to keep our children entertained and busy. Screens and video games oftentimes are the unwanted quick fix to this problem. Thankfully, Camp Riverbend of Warren, NJ located in Somerset County is reopening this summer for in-person camp sessions, where activities and events will be in full swing. 

 

At Camp Riverbend tradition meets tomorrow! Your child will experience a memorable summer in a nurturing environment that fosters growth, friendship, and fun. Camp Riverbend is a family run-camp with trusted staff where traditions continue to make special memories.

A half-day option is offered for 3-4 year olds and a day-trip teen travel program for 7th-9th graders. Located on approximately 30 acres of land, Camp Riverbend has nature trails, a wetlands sanctuary, and a variety of athletic fields. From sports teams to adventure courses to arts and crafts activities, there is sure to be something that is perfect for your child. 

During the pandemic, camp is needed more than ever and Riverbend is prepared to operate safely this 2021 season by building on knowledge from summer 2020. They are intent on providing a fun camp experience while following all the protocols necessary based on up-to-date guidance from the State and medical experts.
